22 Jun Construction Update June 2022

Construction update for June 2022 is on schedule at Sunrise Ridge Waterfront Resort. Phase 6 has completely sold out and construction has been completed. These units will be available for vacation rentals soon.

Construction is also on schedule for phase 7 with drywall being completed this week and we have now started construction on phase 8. Footings have been poured for phase 9 and building construction of this phase will commence shortly. Phases 7, 8 and 9 have been pre-sold and are all sold out.
